Attendance RecordAttendance forms are required at the close of each semester for all students. Please download, complete and submit the below form for your High School Student to the PSP offices.

Grading Transcript A transcript of each student's grades are required at the close of each semester. Please download, complete and submit the below form for your High School Student to the PSP offices. Any outside classes, including college courses and AP classes, we require their official transcript to be turned in to our office to confirm your student's grade for our records.

Course of StudyYour Course of Study outlines your student's curriculum and course plan for the year. Your student's course of study must be submitted to the PSP office for each student at the start of each semester.

High School Planning Charts
At Calvary Chapel Private School Program parents tailor make each student's education to their specific needs to accomplish requirements for graduation. Please see the course planners below to determine the route that is best for your High School student. All course plans are due at the beginning of each school year and it is the parent's responsibility to make sure these requirements are met in order to graduate with our program. Please make an appointment with our office to confirm your student is on track to graduate.

Participating at Calvary Chapel High School
Calvary Chapel High School (CCHS) is a ministry of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa (CCCM). All home schooled students requesting classes or sports programs at CCHS must be a member of the Calvary Chapel Private School Program (CCPSP) to participate.
CCPSP students may obtain a registration packet in the CCPSP Office when the student's yearly tuition is paid in full. This packet must be signed by the director of CCPSP, then completed and returned to the Calvary Chapel Schools Accounting Office.

CCHS ClassesHome school students who would like to participate part-time in Calvary Chapel High School classes they are able to enroll as a registered Private School Program student.
Additional cost, requirements, and guidelines may be enforced by Calvary Chapel High School. For more information you will need to talk to CCHS Administration. |
CCHS SportsHome school athletes are required to have CCPSP as their school of record, having paid registration and tuition fees in full to enroll in CCHS sports.
Students expelled from CCHS are not allowed to participate in CCHS sports for at least one year from expulsion. Only students from CCPSP in good standing may participate in the graduation ceremony. |

SAT & ACT TestingIf you are a junior or senior planning on attending a four year college or university, you may need to take the ACT or SAT.
