Please submit completed forms to the CCPSP staff at either the meeting or in the office.

CCPSP is a non-accredited program.



Attendance
​Record

Attendance forms are required at the close of each semester for all students. Please download, complete and submit the below form for your High School Student to the PSP offices.

​Transcript

 A transcript of each student's grades are required at the close of each semester.  Please download, complete and submit the below form for your High School Student to the PSP offices. ​Any outside classes, including college courses and AP classes, we require their official transcript to be turned in to our office to confirm your student's grade for our records.

​of Study

Your Course of Study outlines your student's curriculum and course plan for the year. Your student's course of study must be submitted to the PSP office for each student at the start of each semester.

ASB and
​Yearbook ​Classes

ASB (associated student body) classes meet once a month on Wednesdays from 1pm-2:30pm for high school students.

Yearbook class will meet Mondays once a month from 1pm-2:30pm beginning in October and then we will meet each week in February and March until our yearbook is completed. Dates will be listed in our weekly Monday email.

High School Planning Charts

At Calvary Chapel Private School Program parents  tailor make each student's education to their specific needs to accomplish requirements for graduation. Please see the course planners below to determine the route that is best for your High School student.  All course plans are due at the beginning of each school year and it is the parent's responsibility to make sure these requirements are met in order to graduate with our program. Please make an appointment with our office to confirm your student is on track to graduate.

Our 4 year planner will help you outline a course schedule for students not planning on attending a 4 year university. These requirements do qualify you for community college.

The 4 year college prep planner is designed to help your student meet all requirements needed for their college years. It is the parents’ responsibility to research the CSU-UC requirements.

If your student would like to graduate early you can use our 3-year planner to outline their accelerated course schedule. This course schedule does not meet college-prep requirements.

Participating at Calvary Chapel High School

Calvary Chapel High School (CCHS) is a ministry of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa (CCCM). All home schooled students requesting classes or sports programs at CCHS must be a member of the Calvary Chapel Private School Program (CCPSP) to participate. Please read the partnership link below for details, deadlines to apply and all fees. 

CCPSP students must be enrolled and paid in full  to have the CCHS Course request & Athletic form  signed by CCPSP.

CCHS Classes

Home school students who would like to participate part-time in Calvary Chapel High School classes they are able to enroll as a registered Private School Program student. See Partnership Link above for details.
  • Students must be fully registered in CCPSP with registration and yearly tuition paid in full prior to enrolling in CCHS classes. 
  • CCHS class enrollment is online through CCHS. The course request form for CCPSP students can be downloaded from application or picked up in the CCPSP office. 
  • Grades and attendance must meet an acceptable standard  and be turned in to the CCPSP each semester.​

CCHS Sports

Home school athletes are required to have CCPSP as their school of record, having paid registration and tuition fees in full to enroll in CCHS sports. See Partnership Link above for details. 
  • Registration is online through  CCHS.  The athletic form for CCPSP students can be downloaded from application or picked up in the CCPSP office. 
  • Grades must be reported to the CCHS Athletics Office every 6 weeks to determine athletic eligibility. Late grade reporting will result in inability to participate. 
  • ​Per state law, students participating in sports must be current with all immunizations.

Students expelled from CCHS are not allowed to participate in CCHS sports for at least one year from expulsion. Only students from CCPSP in good standing may participate in the graduation ceremony.

SAT & ACT Testing

If you are a junior or senior planning on attending a four year college or university, you may need to take the ACT or SAT.

Students who are planning to attend a four year college or university directly from high school will need to take the ACT or SAT. Listed below are the test dates for 2022-23 along with the regular deadline date and late registration dates (Late fees required). ​
