Semester Transcript


​A transcript is a record of student grades for each semester. Semester Transcripts are turned in at the end of the first semester and at the end of second semester.

Attendance Record 


Attendance forms are required at the close of each semester for all students. Please download, complete and submit the below form for your Junior High Student to the PSP offices.

Jr High Course of Study

Your Course of Study outlines your student's curriculum and course plan for the year. Your student's course of study must be submitted to the PSP office for each student at the start of each semester. ​

Eighth grade students are eligible to receive high school credit for Algebra 1 and Spanish 1.

Participating with Calvary Chapel Middle School
for Sports, Classes and Drama

Calvary Chapel Middle School (CCMS) is a ministry of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa (CCCM). All home schooled students requesting classes or sports programs at CCMS must be a member of the Calvary Chapel Private School Program (CCPSP) to participate. Grades 6, 7, and 8 compete with local schools at their grade level. Please read the partnership link below for the details and deadlines to apply.
